Varaich Homes is a custom Home Building Company . Proudly delivering custom homes around melbourne. We are looking a experinced estimator to join our Epping Office .

Qualifications & experience

• Must have experience  of estimating software’s Data build, ,Excel, Plan swift
• Knowledge and minimum of 4  + years of relevant experience (e.g. residential, townhouse project, dual occupancy.)
• Excellent project planning and computer skills
• High degree of accountability and attention to detail
• Understanding of the sales and construction process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident negotiation skills
• Strong time management, organisational skills and team player
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Persistent approach to time management

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide accurate estimates of jobs including purchase orders ,variations.
• Ability to read and understand plans Prepare quotes for management review
• Assist with maintaining and updating construction files
• Provide support to site supervisors
• Complete set tasks and achieve job targets.

• The role is full time, permanent, salaried. Remuneration will be determined on the bases of the candidate’s skills and experience.
