This is an unique opportunity to join the Top 3 Ray White Office in Queensland supporting a high performing and fun sales team.

General Responsibilities

Overall organisation and preparation in a busy workplace.

  • Supporting a team of real estate agents and their team members
  • Agent and property marketing – coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives
  • Preparing Form 6’s, listing, marketing budgets and contracts
  • Manage the listing process
  • CRM VaultRe Database knowledge
  • This role is not limited to the tasks above

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communications skills and working to deadlines is an essential part of this role. You will be working alongside a team of administration professionals
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail is ESSENTIAL
  • InDesign Experience ESSENTIAL
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Competent computer and technology skills
  • Highly organised and able to work well under time restraints/pressure
  • Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise a busy team of agents
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Adaptable to change and always striving to make the team better (vision of growth)
